Financing possibilities • Why? • Joint commitment of 8 EU Member States across the Baltic Sea. • EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region is not in itself a funding • instrument. • Actions should be funded from existing sources. • Show in practice the importance of the EU Strategy for the • Baltic Sea Region. • Cooperation is crucial to deal with the challenges identified.
