Purpose • The purpose of the conference will be to provide an overview of the project and answer questions regarding the solicitation documents. • Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of the contract will not be binding. Overview of CQ18047 The office of Data Center and Infrastructure (DCI) of the Department of Information Technology (IT), is responsible for providing core IT services to all organizations within WMATA. A single point of contact (SPOC) for reporting, escalating and resolving issues related to IT services and endpoint hardware for WMATA’s internal workforce is provided through IT Customer Support (ITCS) function within IT/DCI
