Lines of Coordination • VP’s directly report to President • AVP’s directly report to VP’s • Project Heads report to: • AVP RO: Director of Projects • VP RO • AVP of the project assigned to a dept (e.g. SOM Week Project Head also reports to Externals) • (see attached distribution of MAJOR Projects to depts)

Lines of Coordination: PROJECTS • SUB Heads (Programs, Logistics, Secretariat) report to Project Heads • BUT: • Promotions person comes from Externals • Marketing person comes from Marketing • Finance Auditor comes from Finance *This only applies to MAJOR projects (not projects by Internals and Human Resources like GA’s etc)
