  4. Weight loss is possibly one of the toughest tasks for a lot of people. It is not easy to lose weight, especially if you follow the wrong instructions. However, it does not have to be a herculean task, as doing the right things can always reward you with the best results. Weight loss does not have to be all about listening to other people’s advice, or even getting an expert opinion. It is all about listening to your own body and catering to its needs. If you are overweight now and would like to find a permanent solution, then there are a few things you must know, and take up simple tasks that can help you lose fat forever. Before we delve into what actually works, here is a look at the real meaning of weight loss. What is Weight Loss? Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories than you consume. An ounce of fat is around 3,500 calories so, by limiting your calorie intake by about 500 calories, you stand a chance to lose around a pound per week. However, this is an old story that gets peddled to everybody who wants to lose weight fast. It may not always work. There are many other factors to be considered when trying to lose weight. We will discuss some of them through the course of this article.

  5. What Prevents Weight Loss? Many people tend to take up a fad diet and a rigorous exercise routine with the aim of losing excess weight within a short period of time. As they go about it, they realize that it isn’t working and their weight is exactly where it was a couple of weeks ago. There can be several reasons contributing to this, some of which are discussed below. The Role of Inflammation Inflammation is a situation where the body begins to swell up in anticipation of a healing process; however, most of the time, it proves to be a wrong call. The body then goes into overdrive and ends up storing fat as a response to the inflammation. The 2- week diet ensures that inflammation is put to an end. The body then focuses on getting rid of excess weight in a holistic manner.

  6. Triglycerides Triglycerides are a type of fat that get stored in the body and are difficult to get rid of. They enter into the fat cells and are too big to leave the cells in order to fuel energy. It is therefore important to get rid of triglycerides in order to lose rigid fat on a permanent basis. The 2-week diet ensures that this type of fat is cut into and used up to generate energy. It will also work on developing lean muscles that can replace fat cells in the body. Eat Less, Exercise More This theory is quite old and one that most people trying to lose weight are told to adopt; however, this is definitely not the answer to weight loss. It is not about counting calories. There is more to it than just that. If you end up counting calories, then you will not lose any weight. You must shift your focus to hormones. Hormones are some of the most important elements in your body. They control almost all the vital functions and will also control how much and how fast you lose weight. Refined carbs in your diet can end up increasing the insulin levels in your body. Insulin happens to be the most important of anabolic hormones in the body. When you consume calorific foods, it increases insulin in your body. This is then soaked up by the fat cells, but there is not enough energy to be supplied to the body. This can slow down metabolism and end up counteracting your weight loss plan so it is best to focus on the quality of the food, rather than the calories being consumed. The 2-week diet is different. It focuses on promoting the consumption of foods that will genuinely aid in weight loss as compared to counting calories in each meal.

  7. Results Don’t Match Up Another issue associated with regard to weight loss is that results do not match the sacrifices. Nobody likes the thought of getting on the scale every morning only to realize little to no weight has been lost. If you do not see visible results with your diet, then you are not on the right track. The 2-week diet will come in handy at this point as all it takes is just 2 weeks to see a radical change and you do not have to wait for 2 or 3 months for it. This will serve as a motivating factor to stick with the diet. No Plan of Action Sometimes, not having a plan of action can cause a delay in results. You might end up listening to too many people’s advice and set unrealistic expectations. In such a case, it becomes important to have a realistic plan in place that can help you attain your weight loss goals. The 2-week plan is crafted in a way that you know exactly what you will have to do in the 2 weeks to see positive results. There are clear rules and regulations that ensure you do not wander off into the wrong direction. You will be motivated to stick with the diet and not feel overwhelmed by the lack of a plan.

  8. Redundant Exercise Routines One issue associated with not being able to lose weight is taking up redundant exercises. Remember that a fast, power-packed 15-minute exercise is better than a slow-moving one. The 2-week diet program includes a power-packed exercise routine that is sure to help you lose weight rapidly. Once on it, you will be surprised at the number of dress sizes you have dropped, or the difference in your waistline. Once you take up the 2-week diet, you will never turn back and inch closer and closer towards attaining your dream body.
