  6. PCT support Workforce Development Strategy R5: Improved Housing provision & accommodation support

  7. R 6: Improved Leisure & Social opportunities • PCT support to other Partners and Agencies • PCT to attend Summit Meeting

  8. R 7: Social Care redesigned foe those with ASD PCT is working closely with Social Care Personalised Budgets NHS Pilot How many people ?

  9. R 8: Increased support for AS and HFA • PCT welcomes more provision from the Vol Sector
