  5. How do these changes affect you? • Current standards are in effect. • IPDP • CEUs • Graduate credit • License renewal

  6. Step 1: Update IPDP Online • New IPDP or waiver by December 17, 2010 for all teachers and administrators • LPDC members will provide onsite support • LPDC website updated to reflect new standards

  7. Step 2: Requesting CEUs • Same process • Request CEUs online • LPDC reviews and pre-approves • Submit documentation by June 1 • CEUs issued • Updated web interface with drop-down menus for your convenience

  8. Step 3: Graduate Coursework • Beginning January 1, 2011 • Enter graduate courses before June 1 each year • Purpose • Documentation of professional standards and CEUs required for renewal

  9. Step 4: License Renewal • Between January 1 and June 30, send to Rhonda Kapper… • Official transcripts and/or documentation of CEUs earned • Completed and signed application for renewal • Payment for license *Fingerprinting must be done to complete this process.
