Mock Trial Vs Moot Moot Mock Trial Mock Trial is designed to test the participants skill of handling and presenting evidence, examining, cross-examining and re-examining witnesses It is an adversarial exercise intended to test the evidence in a hypothetical case set in a hypothetical court. In other words, a mock trial is designed to establish the facts of the case Moot is designed to test the participant’s ability to argue a question of law.
