Eighteenth Annual MeetingRegistration, Break-Out Sessions, Awards • March 7, 2011: Annual Meeting packets arrive by email: • Applications for presentations • Applications for teaching and mentoring awards • Registration information (including registrationlink) • April 16th: Award and presentation applications DUE • May 15th: Notification of presentations and awards • May 28th: Room block closes and registrations DUE • Registration Fee: $300/person • Hotel Sleeping Room Block: up to 5 rooms per Collaborative
DataCenter Status Report • Thank you for your diligence in maintaining up-to-date records in the DataCenter.
Regional Collaborative Events • 639 events addressing life science or biology • 312 events addressing environmental science • 514 events addressing algebra • 318 events addressing geometry
Monitoring Current Progress • Projects were required to have an average of 30 hours in the DataCenter for STMs/MTMs by Oct 15. • Projects were required to have data about all STMs/MTMs committed to in your Statement of Work (SOW) entered by Oct 15.
If you Plan to Apply for 2012-13 Funding… • By the application deadline the DataCenter should show: • 100% of STMs/MTMs entered and active • 50% of STM/MTM contact hours completed on average • 50% of CMs entered and active • 40% of total grant invoiced • Note: Project Measures are major factor in the rubric for the new grant. These goals must be met to have a competitive application!

Project Measures • 100% of MTMs/STMs need to be entered into the DataCenter. • All MTMs/STMs should have approximately 50% of training completed and entered into the DataCenter. • 50% of all CMs need to be entered into the DataCenter.
Assessment Update: Mathematics • 2011-2012 Grant: • Post-assessments administered when program activities end. • Report scores by IRT into DataCenter • 2012-2013 Grant: • Assessment and Evaluation seminar via the web after Grant notifications. (TBA) • Plan to administer pre-assessment at your first TRC meeting of the new grant cycle.
