The minor program researched models of various economical indicators interaction to understand the reframing of organizational structures and markets. GPA 3.6 Copywriting- Managed social media site and email client list for Gap Oglethorpe Mall for 3 years. Duties included photographing and copywriting to promote product, promotions, and instore events that aligned to seasonal marketing campaign collateral. Content Creation- Created content in the voice of brand for internal and external websites, email , blogs and educational collateral. Marketing- Public Relation duties that included hosting and coordinating fashion shows, community events, writing fashion scripts, press releases, technical writing for nonprofits, and email copywriting for monthly events. Project Manager – Managed campaigns from creation to completion and track ROI of all events to meet targeted objectives. Coordinate , coach, scheduled and assessed all personnel on a daily bases to meet deadlines.

Wrote script for facilitation of conference calls to leverage support and provide instruction for fundraiser events. Lead conference calls to support collections of all donations for event. Gap INC- Created brand relevant business content for marketing, social media, email copy, business profiles, competitor profiles and hiring profiles within the voice of the brand. Wrote scripts for fashion shows, conference calls, training and development. Research and developed business proposals for major events and remodels. Wrote quarterly reports that define business progress and growth. Facilitated meetings for purpose of education , branding, and development. Girl Scouts- Restructured established program and developed content for training on facilitation of Fashion Badge program for Girl Scout members to earn at Gap Inc. Joseph Warren Publishing- Produced original showcases for artist to perform. Created content, wrote stage blocking, arranged music, and created presentation of images to accompany musical performances. Directed all aspects of the show from lighting, stage styling, wardrobe styling, and vocal production. Rack Room Shoes- Perform public relation surveys and created profiles for achieving optimal operation and gaining market share. Wrote brand relevant business content for marketing, email copy, and hiring profiles. Created copy for in-store surveys and contest. Rotary Club of Augusta- Wrote relevant journalistic articles for web content. Provided and maintain blog on local community events and events sponsored by the club. Oglethorpe Mall- wrote copy based upon seasonal promotional campaigns for website to inform customers of events, promotions, and special offers.

GAP INC – Customer Experience Manager 2004-2013 I worked closely with the General Manager to manage all facets of the store with a focus on public relations, marketing, business strategy and staff development. Duties: My role at Gap INC was multiplex management of managerial direct reports, sales staff, P. R. communications, and human resources. It included defining a vision, strategies, and tactics for hiring, training, scheduling and developing a staff of 20-40 employees for Sale Generation by facilitating educational programs on fashion discourse, styling trends and techniques, and textiles. Managing a complex multicenter workflow calendar of events, campaigns, workload, and conferences. I navigated shifting priorities daily to meet key business objectives and deadlines. I empowered staff to drive results through daily acclimation and coaching to basic business acumen and customer centric service techniques. Produced Marketing for internal and external customers that included maintaining and copywriting for social media sites, writing fashion profiles of new collections, copywriting for email data base, styling and script writing for fashion shows, and other P.R. opportunities to expand growth of the brand. I analyzed complex reports to aid in creating new strategies that align to General Manager overall business objectives. I prepped key financial profiles and case studies for key meetings with upper management for future growth opportunities. Managed Profit and Loss statements to always achieve positive contribution of growth. I handled all level of Human Resources that included I-9 management, e-verify process, payroll, employee file maintenance, vendor contracts, worker comp, and crisis management. Acting Store Manager- Operated store for 4 months as the General Manager during Holiday 2011 Acting Store Manager- Operated store for 4 months as the General Manager during 2005 Community Event- Recognized for efforts in helping General Manager organize/coordinate fundraiser that raised over $5,000 for Autism Speaks within the Coastal Carolina District. Specialized Training- was able to attend 2 separate conferences, one in 2006 and one in 2010 that are normally only extended to General Managers and District managers due to my skill set and ability to lead teams. 2006 conference focused on Business Growth through loyalty program marketing and the 2010 conference focused on developing managerial style to create highly functional teams.
