  • 2 Hour Limit: Serious Bodily Injury: An injury involving extreme physical pain; involving sexual abuse; substantial risk of death; protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty; or requiring medical intervention such as surger, hosppitalization or physical rehabilitation

  • Within 24 Hours: All others which include mistreatment, neglect, verbal, mental, sexual or physical abuse, injuries of unknown source and misappropriation of patient property
