From the signature list, make sure to choose Intuit,Inc. • Click on the Details button and then choose the View Certificate option on the Detail Signature Details window. • Choose the Install Certificate option on the Certificate window. • Click on the Next button continuously until you see the Finish button. • Select the Finish button. • Reboot the computer. • Open the QuickBooks Desktop application and try to download the updates again.

Solution 4) Run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub application • On the computer, get the more recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub application (1.4.0.0). • Click on the downloaded installation file named QuickBooksToolHub.exe and then follow the on-screen instructions. • Agree to the terms and conditions to finish the QuickBooks Tool Hub installing. • Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub application.

From the left panel, select the Company File Issues tab. • Click on the Run QuickBooks File Doctor option. • Choose the Browse and search button to select the company file which is usually stored on the C: drive. • Click on the Check your file option and then hit the Continue button. • Type the admin password of QuickBooks and then click on the Next button.
