  4. Opening & Closing Ceremonies • This is a ceremony used to open and end an FFA meeting. It describes the duties of the FFA officers and members.

  5. Parliamentary Procedure (Parli Pro) • A procedure used to: • Maintain order & organization during the meeting • Be sure that decision of the majority of the members passes, while the minority’s opinions are still heard

  6. Making a Motion using Parli Pro • Wait to be called on by the President/Chairperson • Say, “I move to_________.” • Second • Discussion • Vote
