  6. Chapter 601 When we identify an error the employee will have 31 days from the date they are notified to select coverage and pay back premiums. Back premiums should be submitted as an adjustment on the monthly invoice. If employee files EOI - 31 days on hold until decision from Aetna. If denied- 31 days to elect coverage and submit back premiums.
