  2. HPCC: Living & Breathing Among Them Our Purpose / Vision: To Bring Jesus and His Kingdom into a Visible Expression, through our Words and Actions, with each other and the community around us. Our Mission: To invite our community alongside us to discover and deepen their spiritual journeys as authentic followers of Jesus. Relevance • We value forms of communication that will best capture and express what God is doing and desires to do in our generation Authenticity • We value authentic spiritual journeys where we live our whole lives with hearts wide open to God, and then grow because of that Encounter Mission • We value Jesus’ challenge to Love others as we have experienced His love. Reaching Outward with generosity, and doing Life Together Graciously Beauty • We value expressions of Beauty that are symbolic reminders of the Mystery of God Core Values

  3. MISSION: Being A Sent Community Our Purpose / Vision: We desire to be Jesus’ hands and feet in our community, a tangible expression of His Love and Grace where there is none. Our Mission: To work, play, celebrate and grieve with our community in all seasons of life.  Compassion • having the heart of Jesus, who is “good news” to those in desperate need of it Hospitality • welcoming others into our SPACE and our LIVES with grace and love Generosity • sharing our TIME and RESOURCES with open hands—remembering God is in the interruptions Glocality • recognizing that we are part of this local community and also the worldwide community that is under God’s loving care Core Values

WORSHIP: Hearts Wide Open Our Purpose / Vision: To Gather as a faith community with hearts wide open to receive the transforming Love of God in Christ Jesus.  Our Mission: To create SPACE and TIME for people to encounter and connect with God—through words, music and aesthetics. Truth • We desire that every aspect of our worship be connected to scripture, with the story and message of Jesus being at the heart of all that we say and do. Culturally Relevant • We desire that our worship be sensitive to what is understandable and meaningful to people in our community, that we are sharing God’s compelling message clearly. Dwelling In Mystery • We desire to truly encounter Him; yet acknowledge that He is “Other” than us; We will take the time to create space for people to set aside distractions and center their minds & hearts on this mystery: the great, powerful, holy God who is LOVE.
