SUBMISSION OF MARK SHEETS Two photocopies of the original was made; 1 x Head Office. Examinations (Original) 1 x School (Copy) 1 x Subject Advisor. (Copy) 3. GRADE/ SUBJECT CHANGES indicated with “888” and correct mark indicated in column next to mark column. The correct complete subject name and code was written in next to the learner’s name on the mark sheet. Page 2

COMPLETION OF MARKSHEETS • CAUTION: If a 999 code is entered • Matric result is regarded as incomplete and not published. • It is treated as an irregularity. • Learner is not allowed to enter Supplementary exam for the following year • Writing the matric exam for that subject will not influence the outcome of the result - incomplete.
