  2. Vision Statement • Provide quality lawn care for people who don’t own the proper equipment or don’t have the time or the ability to care for their own lawns.

  4. Today’s Situation • Too many lawns for me to mow by myself • I want to continue the business

  5. How Did We Get Here? • Last year’s customers asked for the service again • Neighbors of last year’s customers have asked about the service • I already own two mowers and other equipment that I used last year

Available Options • I can mow all the lawns myself • Advantages • I would get all the profits • Disadvantages • I would risk injury, overextending myself • I might not do a good job, and customer satisfaction could suffer • I would have little free time • I would have to keep up with all billing and collection

  7. Available Options • I do not mow lawns this year • Advantages • I would have lots of free time • Disadvantages • I would have little spending money • I would need to find a summer job that might not pay as much • I would not be using the equipment I own
