What you'll be doing: The Professional Associate (“PA”) position is an entry-level position which trains and prepares you to become an effective claims analyst and business professional in the Insurance industry. It is a highly interactive position which allows you to work with all different levels of management. In addition, you will participate in the Professional Associate Training Program. Professional Associates participate in a 12 month program that utilizes formal classroom training and informal on-the-job training to develop professional knowledge and skills.What we require: The qualified individual will have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel are essential to this position. The applicant should be able to handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail is crucial.
