  3. End in Mind EES Middle School teachers... • will create positive classroom climates conducive to learning for all students • will support each other in the creation of positive classroom climates through peer observations and collaborative conversations

EES Instructional PD Plan for 2016 - 2017 Step 1 GL Teams introduced to characteristic & Observation Tool (We are doing this now) Step 2 Teachers observe peers using Observation Tool (next week) Step 3 Data discussed at Grade Level PLC Step 4 Professional growth support tailored to teams and individuals Step 5 Discuss improvements put in practice following Step 4 and reflect

In pairs…. • Read through postings and…. • Make note of patterns and themes. Whole group…. • Report out patterns, thoughts, ideas, etc. • Recorder will note evidences on chart paper. 15-20 min.
