  3. สาระสำคัญใน MOU • ร่วมมือกันในการดำเนินการส่งเสริมและพัฒนามาตรฐานด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัยในคนในสถาบันภาคี • ร่วมมือกันในการพัฒนาระบบกลางในการพัฒนาจริยธรรมการวิจัยในคน เพื่อพิจารณาโครงการวิจัยสหสถาบันที่จะดำเนินการในสถาบันภาคี • ร่วมมือกันในการกำหนดวิธีดำเนินการมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ • สถาบันภาคีจะให้การรับรองโครงร่างการวิจัยที่ได้รับการรับรองจากคณะกรรมการร่วมพิจารณาในคน โดยไม่ต้องพิจารณาซ้ำที่สถาบันภาคี หรือพิจารณาอย่างรวดเร็วและอำนวยความสะดวกให้มากที่สุด
