  48. Closure On leaving sincerely thank the interviewer for his or her time. It is also proper to thank the receptionist who conducted you to the interview. Follow with a thank you letter. Use a standard business format. Use a colon after the interviewer’s name and a space after each paragraph. Sign your full name.
