  1. Characteristics of Life Project Biology (Periods 2,5,6, & 7) Instructions

  2. Work with a partner to create the “Characteristics of Life” project. Project will be done in class on 9-4 & 9-5. Project is due @ end of class on 9-5. • Write your names in pencil on the back of the paper. • Design your project. • Placement of title • Arrangement of the 8 characteristics • Cut out pictures of each characteristic. • NEATNESS counts.

  3. Use markers to write the characteristics. • Glue a picture you have cut out of a magazine onto the paper. • Write a sentence below the picture explaining how the picture illustrates the characteristic of life. • The papers will be graded based on following these directions and accuracy of content. • The class will choose the best project. These students will receive extra points.

  5. Did I follow these directions? • Is my name on the back of the project? • Has the project written with markers? • Is the title written neatly? • Is each characteristic present? • Is there a picture for each characteristic? • Is there a sentence below each characteristic? • Is the project neat and readable? • Are words spelled correctly?
