  3. PERSONAL COMPUTER Personal computers are the most prevalent sort of computer, as they are built to sit on a desk or table. These are the systems you see in schools, homes, and offices all across the world. Personal computers nowadays are more powerful than they were only a few years ago. Not only do these machines make it easier and more efficient for individuals to conduct their work, but they can also be used to communicate, generate music, edit photos and movies, and so on. The system units are the most important parts of a computer.

  4. MAINFRAME COMPUTER Mainframe computers are utilised in large organisations like insurance companies and banks where many people need to access the same data on a regular basis. Each user in a traditional mainframe environment uses a device called a terminal to access the mainframe's resources. Ferminals are divided into two categories. A dumb terminal is an input/output device that serves as a window into a computer that is situated elsewhere. It does not process or store data. Although an intelligent terminal can do some processing activities, it usually lacks storage. Workers in some mainframe environments, however, can access the mainframe using a conventional personal computer.

  5. MINICOMPUTER Minicomputers were first introduced in the 1960s and were named for their diminutive size in comparison to other computers of the time. A minicomputer's capabilities fall in between those of a mainframe and those of a personal computer. As a result, minicomputers are frequently referred to as midrange computers.

  6. SUPERCOMPUTER Supercomputers are the most powerful computers made, and physically they are some of the largest. These systems can process huge amounts of data, and the fastest supercomputers can perform more than one trillion calculations per second
