To: Families of all PLMS 6th Grade Students Subject: Pre-Packaged Snack Food Donation Request for Heropalooza Service Learning Fair Event: Heropalooza Service Learning Fair Where: PLMS Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) When: Wednesday, April 23, 2014 Time: 3:00pm - 6:30pm, come & go at your leisure Families of all PLMS 6th grade students are asked to bring a pre-packaged snack donation to school Donations may be delivered to the students’ home room teacher or dropped off at the front office on April 21, 22, or 23 Posters of all service learning activities will be proudly displayed in the MPR Each student will be sharing stories of their work & how it impacted the community Please join the fun, by attending this after school event You/your child may attend at your leisure, anytime within the 3-1/2 hour timeframe, but please do attend! Don’t miss it! There will be: Fun activities for all family members! Prizes awarded! Free snacks & refreshments for everyone! Pre-Packaged Snack Ideas: chips, crackers, Teddy Grahams, pretzel bags, animal crackers, candy bars, cookies bags, Little Debbie snacks, Hostess snacks, fruit leather, fruit roll-ups, fruit chews, dried fruit, boxed raisins, Rice Krispie treats, Pop Tarts, Nutri-Grain bars, Special K bars, protein bars, energy bars, granola bars, Fiber One bars, Nugo bars, Nature Valley bars, jello cups, applesauce, pudding cups, fruit cups, whole apples, oranges, cuties, bananas (or any whole fruit with a peel) Important: Individually wrapped, single serving sizes, please Thank you! Without your kind support, we couldn’t make this event a success

To: Families of all PLMS 8th Grade Students Subject: Bottled Water Donation Request for Heropalooza Service Learning Fair Event: Heropalooza Service Learning Fair Where: PLMS Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) When: Wednesday, April 23, 2014 Time: 3:00pm - 6:30pm, come & go at your leisure Families of all PLMS 8th grade students are asked to bring a case of bottled water to school Donations may be delivered to the students’ home room teacher or dropped off at the front office on April 21, 22, or 23 Posters of all service learning activities will be proudly displayed in the MPR Students will be sharing stories of the volunteer work they performed & how it impacted the community Please join the fun, by attending this after school event You/your child may attend at your leisure, anytime within the 3-1/2 hour timeframe, but please do attend!
