  1. Introduction As a result of faculty discussions, a Curriculum Summit was held for elementary faculty in early spring, 2013. At this summit, program templates, rubrics, goals, and processes were discussed. Increasing consistency and coherency across the program was the impetus for this work as consideration was given to finalizing of key templates and rubrics that would developmentally progress from the sophomore to senior year. Continuing throughout the spring semester, the work was completed summer, 2013. Content from ISLES modules, Video Grand Rounds, edTPA, and course objectives served as the connective tissue aligning documents differentiated by level. This comprehensive set of documents and differentiated levels operationalize the competencies and skills that are expected of ELEM students when observing, planning, instructing, and assessing. In preparation for use in the fall, items were packaged in Bb and course alike meetings were scheduled to share updated templates and rubrics. Next Steps The developed items will be utilized within courses in the fall. Feedback from faculty regarding appropriateness of content and implementation will be collected. Refinements will be made the following summer as discussions for collaborative, common documents and processes renew with MATE, SCIE, READ, ART, MUSIC, HLTH, EXSS, EDTC, and EDUC.
