  3. Identify Visuals How do I figure out what to draw? If your sport is Basketball… List some objects that SHOW basketball Ball Hoop Shoes Favorite player Anything LESS obvious??

  4. Draw some “stuff” Once you’ve identified your visuals it’s time to get a rough draft started Use the 8 ½ x 14 practice paper for your draft I will enlarge it on the copy machine to fit the 12x18 drawing paper

  5. composition Work hard to have a balanced composition What is your Focal Point? Do you have variety of sizes? Do your elements flow together or are they simply “plopped” on the page?
