  • Played for the Chicago Bulls and led them to six NBA titles.

  • Compared to celebrated and legendary basketball players such as Elgin Baylor, Connie Hawkins, and Julius Erving. The comparisons proved prophetic, for Jordan dominated professional basketball—offensively, defensively, and aesthetically.

  • Scored over three thousand points

    Earvin “Magic” Johnson:

  • Played for Los Angeles Lakers and led them to five NBA titles.

  • Johnson was also known for his rivalry with the Boston Celtics whom featured a NBA legend Larry Bird. These two NBA superstars created the “golden era” of the NBA during the 1980s.
