  2. CENTROS Y PUESTOS DE SALUD CURUMANI Hospital Cristian Moreno de II nivel. CHIRIGUANA Hospital San Andrés de III nivel SERVICIOSMedicina general Urgencias Odontología Cirugía (solo en Chiriguaná) Adicionalmente tienen servicio de ambulancia.

SECTOR DEPORTES Los deportes que mas se practican son: Futbol, microfutbol, voleibol, billar y tejo Los juegos mas relevantes son: Trompo, domino, boliche, rana, cometa, cucunuba y simindune En Curumani existen tres escuelas de futbol, las cuales organizan campeonatos intermunicipales y apoyan certamenes intercolegiados de los dos municipios

INFRAESTRUCTURAL VIAL Y COMERCIAL Esta la carretera nacional sur-norte: Bucaramanga - Curumani - Chiriguana - Bosconia - Valledupar - Santa Marta El traslado de productos como queso, leche, yuca, plátano, aguacate, mango y mercancías en general se realiza por vía terrestre en camiones y carros pequeños En cuanto a centro de acopio y comercializacion Chiriguana cuenta con centro de acopio en Poponte . .
