BSc (Hons) Construction Management and the Environment • Dual Accreditation: • Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) • Association of Building Engineers (ABE) Construction Management is: Managing the development and improvement of the built environment From sites and projects, through industry and clients, to society as a whole With a system of values demonstrating responsibility to humanity and to the future of our planet Entry points: 260+ UCAS, from A levels, National Diplomas, etc. Mature applicants with relevant experience… Above: Student on a year’s placement, building the Shard

BSc (Hons) Environmental Construction Surveying • Accredited by: • Association of Building Engineers (ABE) ABE Objectives: To promote and advance the knowledge, study and practice of building technology, planning, design, construction, maintenance and repair of the built environment. Entry points: 220+ UCAS, from A levels, National Diplomas, etc. Mature applicants with relevant experience… Above: A straw bale building in SW England
