Set For Success is a short employability programme for 16-17 year old NEETs in Leeds, delivered in partnership with IGEN, local business community, and Xperience. The initiative is part of the Youth Contract offer in Leeds and is designed for young people facing multiple barriers to employment. Testimonials and statistics show its effectiveness in preparing youth for the job market.

Why does it work? 26.1% of young people who could recall NO contact with employers whilst at school went on to become NEET compared to 4.3% who had taken part in 4 or more activities involving employers.
