  2. Goal: • Show that water has invisible skin.

  3. Prediction: • The water will change color.

  4. Materials/Ingredients: • Bowl • Water • Pepper • Dishwashing liquid

  5. Steps/method: • 1.fill the bowl with water. • 2.Sprinkle pepper all over the water. • 3.Gently add a drop detergent to the middle of the bowl what happens?

  6. Results: • The pepper fractured or separated.

  7. conclusion • The detergent made the skin on the water break
