Faculty Recruitment Top 2 Recommendations • The Engineering-wide position should come with teaching relief for 2 years, and resources to help lead diversity initiatives • Develop web-based resources to help advance faculty diversity • Resource list for faculty to facilitate contributions to diversity • possibly under IDEA center? • Data base of possible future faculty, with history tracking
