  3. 鑽床 Drilling Machine • 鑽床介紹 鑽床是在材料上鑽孔的機器，可用來在木材、金屬、及膠料上進行鑽孔工作。

  10. 使用方法 • l. 將鑽嘴夾在夾頭內 • 2.檢查鑽床的運轉是否正常 • 3.在要鑽孔的工件上定出中心位 • 4.用機械虎鉗或手虎鉗固定工件 • 5.慢慢將鑽軸把手拉下 • 6.將鑽嘴對準中心位,開動鑽床 • 7.鑽孔完畢俊立即關上機器

  11. 安全要點 (一) • 必須按鑽孔的大小而調校鑽速 • 必須將鑽咀鉗於夾頭內 • 發動鑽床前必須先將夾頭匙取去 • 使用鑽床時應戴上安全眼罩 • 鑽咀的四周應配上保護罩。

  12. 安全要點 (二) • 必須將工件夾持於機械虎鉗或手鉗內 • 鑽孔後應先關掉鑽床及等待靜止後,才可移走工件 • 每部鑽床只可一 人使用 • 輪侯使用鑽床的同學必須在黃格以外地方等候 • 在金屬物料鑽孔時應使用切削潤滑油 (Cutting lubricant)以幫助冷卻及沖走鐵屑。
