  4. PLANTING • Spacing – 5 x 5 mt (high density) 10 x 10 mt (Normal) • Pit size – 1 x 1 x 1 mt • Pit Filling – 1 kg sterameal 1 kg neem cake 1 kg Rock Phosphate 20 kg cowdung

  5. PLANTING METHOD • Plant in the centre of pit • Keep the joint 4 cm above the ground • Stake the graft • Mulch the graft

  6. IN SITU PLANTING • Sow 4 Mangoes stones in one pit • Select two good, vigorous Seedlings • Graft them with desired variety • Grafting in August • Watering not required
