  18. Let’s connect Ross has over ten years of organizational leadership and consulting experience. He coaches executives on leadership development and meeting facilitation as Principal of Corvis Group, and he leads OD projects in the federal sector for Sapient, an IT consulting firm. In addition, he is on the board of directors for the AU|NTL Association. A continuous learner, Ross holds a Masters of Business Administration in Aviation (MBA-A), Masters of Science in Management (MSM), and Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also received the MSOD from American University- NTL Institute (practicum completed “With Distinction”). Monica McMillan has over nine years of experience in organizational development, project management and consulting in the public and private sectors. At Sapient, an IT consulting firm, she consults with federal clients in the areas of strategic planning, organizational and program alignment, stakeholder management and communications planning. Ms. McMillan holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, a Master’s of Science in Diplomacy, Law and Global Change.
