A mentor takes interest in and helps an inexperienced persons sometimes know as the mentee. Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction. - John Crosby

  4. Why should wecare? • D57 DEC needs an infusion on new leaders annually • Promoting effective habits of success is contagious • Coaching struggling clubs is much more challenging • New clubs can become dead clubs
