  2. District 85, 2011-2012 Division Governor of the Year • Henkwas a passionate and visionary leader. He star as member in Shenyang and serve two term as Area Governor and then become the Division Governor for North and Northeast China. With his passion and consistently perform as a leader by example. He build up the support environment in the Division and spared out the Toastmasters sprit to more and more members: • His Division rank as No.1 among all 9 Divisions in D85A • All the area in his Division is President’s Distinguished Area • All clubs in Northeast have 5+ DCP goals meet the 20-or-plus-5 membership requirements. • Build 4 new clubs in Northeast China which lead to the first Division in North East China.   • To fulfill his passionate dream to continually support the growth in Northeast China, his was elect and serve as Division E Governor 2012-2013. District 85, 2011-2012 Area Governor of the Year • David has served not only as Area Governor but also as club President and co-organizer of District learning activities to influence and trained more young leaders. • Rank No.1 in District 85A for the overall performance (core 262.2%), April Due (4 of 2), ACs (8 of 1) and Spring Visit (4 of 2), • All the 3 clubs in Area L1 have turned to President Distinguished Club, actively participated in District activities. • David also served as President of China Advanced Toastmasters Club for one year and won President Distinguished Club (Rank No.1 for AC achievement in District 85A); • David has builtup Caterpillar Shanghai Bilingual Toastmasters Club; participated in EMBA, District 85 organized leadership training and successfully accomplished his HPL project. • David is a true role module for our members and leaders!   4. District 85, 2011-2012 Toastmasters of the Year • Samuel is an enthusiastic speaker and a courageous leader. He has been in Toastmasters for nearly13 years, and he never stop contributing himself as long as there is a need. • Asa professional trainer, he contribute lots of his time in conducting workshop or education for members. He had conduct more than 80 hours training to Toastmasters members last year in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Macao. • As a leader, he build, sponsor or mentor for three new club charter in the past 12 years: Shanghai 5C TMC in year 2006, 5A+ Shanghai TMC in year 2009, 5A+ Professional Speakers Shanghai TMC in year 2011 Samuel was Division Governor in 2010-2011 and he ran for Lt.Governor of Marketing of District 85 in May 2012. • Leading by example, he had shown great passion and support to Toastmasters restlessly for the near 13 years.
