PLANO GERAL DE ATUAÇÃO • Planejamento Institucional: Estratégico e Operacional Capítulo VI - Lei Orgânica do Ministério Público (LCE 057/2006) ART. 68 - “... obtenção do melhor resultado social da execução de suas funções institucionais, o permanente aprimoramento da prestação dos seus serviços e a racionalidade da disposição e utilização dos seus recursos materiais, humanos, tecnológicos e financeiros.”

PLANO GERAL DE ATUAÇÃO – PGA ART. 69 - São instrumentos do planejamento estratégico e operacional do Ministério Público: I - o Plano Geral de Atuação do Ministério Público (PGA-MP/PA);II - o Plano Plurianual do Ministério Público (PPA-MP/PA);III - outros instrumentos, previstos em lei ou em ato normativo.

Os Instrumentos de Planejamento(MP) • O PGA - Plano Geral de Atuação (melhores resultados na prestação de serviços - funções institucionais) • O PPA – Plano Plurianual (racionalidade na utilização de seus recursos - gestão) • Planos de Atuação das PJ’s(elaborados por cada uma das Procuradorias e Promotorias de Justiça) • Programas ou Projetos Especiais.

PLANO GERAL DE ATUAÇÃO – PGA FUNDAMENTAÇÃO LEGAL LCE 057/2006 – LEI ORGÂNICA DO MP ART. 71 - O Plano Geral de Atuação (PGA) e o Plano Plurianual (PPA) do Ministério Público serão aprovados pelo Colégio de Procuradores de Justiça e elaborados com a participação efetiva dos representantes dos órgãos da Administração Superior, das Procuradorias de Justiça, das Promotorias de Justiça das três entrâncias, dos Centros de Apoio Operacional, do Centro de Estudos e Aperfeiçoamento Funcional e dos servidores do Ministério Público.

PLANO GERAL DE ATUAÇÃO – PGA FUNDAMENTAÇÃO LEGAL PORTARIA Nº 2632/2007- MP/PGJ ART. 1º - DESIGNAR os membros e servidores do Ministério Público abaixo indicados para comporem o GRUPO DE TRABALHO para a elaboração para a elaboração do Plano Geral de Atuação (PGA) e do Plano Plurianual (PPA) do Ministério Público do Estado do Pará
