Analysis of VEGF, PlGF, and sFlt-1 Levels in Wild Type and Mutant Models

This study investigates the levels of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), Placental Growth Factor (PlGF), and soluble Flt-1 (sFlt-1) in different genetic models, differentiating between wild type (WT) and mutant (sFlt-1+/-; sFlt-1-/−) configurations. By quantifying these biomarkers in ng/ml and pg/ml, we aim to understand their regulatory roles in angiogenesis under varying conditions. The results highlight significant variations in growth factor expression that may influence therapeutic strategies in vascular-related disorders.
