  1. 364 Days of Thanksgiving: Overwhelming Gratitude Leads to Overwhelming Generosity St. Peter Worship at Key to Life Saturday, March 11, 2017

  2. Welcome to St. Peter! • “Thank you”...only two words, but when spoken from a thankful heart they express what God desires from Christians—an appreciation of blessings. Our gracious God showers us daily with a multitude of blessings—and many times we don’t see them. Today we continue a three week stewardship emphasis, “364 Days of Thanksgiving”, that will help us all refocus on God’s gifts and live each day with gratitude. Today’s hymns, readings and prayers emphasize Overwhelming Gratitude.

  3. Welcome to St. Peter! • There are friendship registers at the end of each row of chairs. • Please take a moment to give us your information so that we have a record of your time with us today. • Thank you!

  4. For Our Guests • If you have questions, let us try to help. Speak with an usher, greeter, or the person next to you. • If you’d like to learn more about St. Peter and its ministry, please talk to a pastor or member after the service.

  5. Need to Know what’s going on? • Our church website has the info you need right at your fingertips • Check the church calendar. • Sign up for seminars or events. • Get access to devotions, sermons, and more. www.stpeterschofield.org

  6. Prayer before Worship • O Lord, help my gratitude for your blessings be displayed by a life of generosity. Amen

  7. Please be courteous and silence all pagers and cell phones. Thank you

  8. OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE • In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Jesus gives us his true body and blood. We express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. • Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of our church or the WELS. Visitors and guests who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.

  9. Easter Memorial Gardens We are now taking orders for Easter flowers. Tulips, Hyacinth and Daffodils $14, Easter Lilies $15, Cyclamen $17, Begonias $18, Azaleas $27, and Hydrangeas $32. Orders must be called in on Monday April 3rd. Sign up sheets will be in the narthex, at K2L and at the church office.

  10. Lent Services & Suppers The 3rd midweek Lenten service will be at 5:00 & 7:00 with church family supper in between. Teens & Leaders host a supper of walking tacos, fruit and desserts between services in the basement.
