  • General Information
  • All CWRC grants are cost-reimbursementgrants. There are very few exceptions to this policy.
  • The fiscal agent will provide the Governor’s Office of Workforce Development with monthly Reimbursement Requests whereby the reimbursement expenses are directly associated with the Work Plan and associated budget and the request for reimbursement is signed by both the CWRC team leader and the fiscal agent. The grant recipient must provide invoice information that documents the expenditure to receive reimbursement.
  • All fiscal agents are subject to the applicable OMB Circulars.
  • All recipients of training, funds or other items funded with the GOWD generated grant MUST be at least 14. This is FEDERAL regulation.

  • Three Performance Measures for CWRC
  • These will be the measures both for current grantees and those working towards their CWRC status. Once these numbers have been compiled from various reporting agencies, counties currently working towards certification will be given notice of their new goals and current progress.
  • High School Absentee Rates
    • Baseline measures obtained from DOE/GOSA
    • Measurements will need to be reported Quarterly from all public high schools in your county and reported to GOWD
      • We need both raw numbers and percentage reports
      • This should not be a time-consuming effort.
  • Postsecondary attendance rates
    • Provided by USG & TCSG
    • Provided for the end of the first semester after high school graduation
  • High School Graduation Rate
    • Provided by DOE/GOSA
    • Reported twice annually

  • CWRC Chamber Memberships
  • GOWD will pay for a one-year chamber membership for the CWRC team for your community. The membership should be made in the name of the team and cannot be made in an individual’s name
  • For reimbursement, the fiscal agent should pay for the chamber membership and request reimbursement from GOWD. The membership does not count against your grant award.
