It is also known as the theory of "born leader or natural leader. Some people have the natural talent to lead others. • Transformative Leadership Theory: People can decide to become leaders by learning leadership skills. This is the most accepted theory today

  10. Whyisimportantentrepreneurialleadership? • Entrepreneurial leadership is one of the factors that are critical for companies in enabling the success of reaching their business objectives. Therefore, entrepreneurial leadership characteristics of people in the leading position affect performance, continuity, effectiveness and productivity of the companies. • These people should have entrepreneurial leadership characteristics in order to gain competitiveness advantages, grow and develop their companies and survive in this competitive environment. In addition to leadership qualities, having an entrepreneurial spirit shows that the person in the leading position is an entrepreneurial leader. • Entrepreneurial leader characteristics such as influencing others, vision, originality and courage as well as entrepreneurial characteristics such as risk taking, seizing opportunities, pursuing innovations, being innovative, productive, interchanging and strategic. • Entrepreneurial leaders, reveal possible in the impossible, see the unseen. • Entrepreneurial leaders ensure the development of existing jobs, can create new jobs in business, can be spent on new ideas and innovations. Therefore, entrepreneurial leaders bring capabilities complement each other, they build the right team and they should work with their team towards common goals

  11. Entrepreneurial leaders know themselves and their environment very well and find new opportunities creating value for businesses, stakeholders and society. The main motivation of leaders is their desire to create social, environmental and economic opportunities. The lack of resources or uncertainties don’t discourage them, instead these problems motive them and lead them to search for new solutions to overcome these problems. • Entrepreneurial leaders don’t sink into skepticism and they don’t remain under pressure of problems. They direct people to fight against problems that seem impossible to solve by making analyses and finding solutions with their productive thinking skills. • The main objective of many entrepreneurs in today are a quick way to make money and While the aim of the investment for entrepreneurs provide their investment as possible soon, the main goal of the entrepreneurial leaders create value. Because entrepreneurial leaders know that “Money does not create value, but value creates money” • As a result; the need for entrepreneurial leaders in today’s companies is increasing day by day. Therefore, applied trainings, seminars, conferences can be organized and projects can be implemented in companies in order to increase the number of entrepreneurial leaders.

  12. Dimensions of EntrepreneurialLeadership. A study in order to identify personality characteristics of entrepreneurial leaders and suggested that there are NINE DIMENSIONS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP • Being a teamplayer • Decisiveness • Vision • Knowing the consumer needs • Innovation • These dimensions are as follows • Adapting to changes • Problem solving • Taking risks • Being persistent

  13. TransformativeLeadership • Transformational leaders, is the most valued style at present, because it is considered one of the most complete and best adapted to the characteristics and needs of the moment. Terry Anderson and other leadership theorists advocate a new style of leadership, referred to as "transformational leadership," focused on strengthening and recognizing the value of all people. • The transformation method impacts simultaneously on the personal development and the organizational productivity of all those involved. • According to the transformative leadership theory, leaders take actions that: • have a positive and unifying effect. Help establish vision, values and beliefs • lead to the accomplishment of goals. They help set goals and create a participatory environment in which others can successfully complete work activities • Emphasize personal development and organizational productivity by eliminating obstacles and increasing the participation of followers • Transformative leadership includes vision, planning, communication and creative action. • This type of leadership "transforms" people and organizations by focusing on values, emotions, ethics and long-term goals. It attends to the needs of the followers and to an individualized consideration that provides them with empathy, support and help to develop their potential.

  14. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER BOSS • Drives employees • Inspires fears • Say I • Uses people • Say “go” • Commands • Takecredits • Mycompany • Coachesemployees • Generateenthusiasm • Saywe • Developspeople • Say “let´sgo” • Asks • Givecredits • Ourcompany

  15. Emotionalintelligence and leadership A successful and successful article by Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis published in the Harvard Business Review in 2008 has definitely highlighted the importance of emotional (and social) intelligence for the development of an effective leadership exercise. • Goleman, in his book on emotional intelligence in leadership, also comments on the studies of David McClelland, who was a psychologist at Harvard University and discovered that excellent leaders had a good level of at least SIX EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE COMPETENCIES. • The feeling of freedom that your workers feel to contribute ideas, to be able to innovate without there being too many obstacles or procedures. • How responsible workers feel about the company they work for. • What level of quality in their work do people have, if they perform well in general terms. • If they receive rewards for their performance and how those rewards are perceived • What clarity exists among workers about the mission and values of the company. • What is the level of commitment of workers toward a common goal.

  16. Absolute attention when dealing with people, that is, being completely aware of the people with whom they are related, trying as much as possible to put aside interruptions • The positivity, in those moments of personal chemistry, of connection, is when things go better. • Nonverbal synchronicity: movements and body language tend to adjust what proves a good "tuning" and more fluid communication.
