  2. Login to Blackboard You’ll find the link to MAP-WORKS under myOrgs.

  5. Click here to review your profile. Faculty Name Click here to submit Academic Updates

  6. Click here Advisors will see this on their screens

  7. Click on “Pending Requests” to access the current academic update request. Do Not use “Enter Academic Updates” to submit information for the request because it will not show as completed.

  8. Scroll down menu with courses list Submit academic update for every course listed in the scroll down menu. Click here if you want student to view current grade & attendance.

  9. You have the option to update only the students at risk and then click the box at the bottom for the students with “low failure risk” Press submit to complete update

  10. Click on Pending Requests to make sure you have no requests pending.

  11. Click here to submit a referral Submitting Referrals

  12. Use “Primary Category” to indicate the type of student concern.
