Personality Styles Defining Strengths and Weaknesses Prior to introduction of this module, students should complete an on-line MBTI test (facsimile) such as that found at: http://sminds.com/mbti/. This module explains personality styles in terms of strengths and weaknesses that are brought to the table by different personalities in an engineering environment. Students are encouraged, through an in-class activity, to match their individual personality style to definition and pursuit of objectives most suited to strengths.
