  1. CTI Community Manager/Technical AdvisorCTICM Barry Armstrong • All CTI EMC’s are currently closed to conversions. Undermanned year-groups will be used to create opportunity for CTIs in over-manned languages. • Zone A overage will self correct at LOS 6, and will be managed by PTS as needed. No danger of C-WAY Reenlistment final denial for CTIs until 2014, when 2008 YG reaches end of 6 year contracts. • Convert out opportunity for 2008 YG and thereafter is possible. • Very limited PACT/REGA opportunity: Applicants must have ASVAB line scores of GS+MK+VE=165, and DLAB of 110. Applicants must be eligible for TS/SCI security clearance and screen for SSBI prior to being accepted into the rate. • 9ARB = 521/485 9PES = 359/326 9HEB = 69/47 others = 11/20 (FY14 EPA)
