What is it? • It is a tool designed to cross-interact people, their skills and their knowlegde level on that given skill; it is a searching and grouping tool which finds the professional that you want, with the skills that you need and assemble your own virtual teams. • John Smith, Team Lead: • Looking for skilled web developers for the new incoming brand website project • Sarah Johnson, web developer: • Average xHTML knowledge; • High-level Javascript programmer; • Has teaching skills in PHP; • Wide researches about 3D modeling.

Features highlights • Allows you to find the right professional for the right project by several different ways: searching by the name, by the desired skills, or viewing a whole manager’s team. • The tool also organizes your search results, so you can better know your staff and the professionals you’ve just searched for. • The search by skill gives you a tree-based list, allowing you search by a lot of criteria at the same time: moreprecision; • A star-based ranking allows you to quickly view the knowledge levels; • A dynamic help window guides you to better understand what each skill means; • Its interface is at same time fast, easy and powerful, using cutting-edge web technologies.

  6. Search • There are three ways to perform your search: • by the employee name; • by skill and level; • A popup with a tree of skills will be opened. You can even select more than one skill. • by employee manager. • choose one of the above methods, and simply press

Results • A list of all skills for this employee. • A star ranking gives you an easy preview of each knowledge level • Person’s BlueCard allows you to see detailed information retrieved from BluePages records. • A list of all employees with the desired skill levels. • On mouse over: skill’s brief definition.

  8. Virtual Teams • With Virtual Teams you’ll be able to create a team for a project or a study group. Perhaps a common-skilled group which can solve problems. Or arrange a training session for developers in your team with low levels in a given technology. Possibilities are endless. • For the Global Staffing initiative, the Virtual Teams feature will allow you to group skilled professionals from different geographies
