  2. A prophet occupied with administration; knew how not to mix his administrative duties with his prophetic spiritual work. His position did not make him lose his heavenly vision and his concern for the salvation of his soul, that of the people and the kings with whom he dealt His high position did not prevent him from witnessing to the true God and from keeping His commandments, doing so with a spirit of wisdom, love and courage Served his people, not with the spirit of fanaticism, but with the spirit of holiness, humility, and love to all people Supported them in the land of captivity where he found grace in the eyes of the kings, also opened the doors of hope before the captive people and all the Gentiles. Daniel’s unique character

God granted him the gift of seeing the future Father of the history of the Gentiles; recorded many precise prophecies about the kingdoms which follow one another, through God’s plan His book is the only book in the Old Testament which prophesies in detail about kings and kingdoms, which he declares by name such as Persia and Greece Prophet of dreams and visions, who enjoyed a divine gift, a heavenly wisdom, and a surpassing understanding; prophet who revealed the times for the events of salvation, the end of the world, and was occupied with the Gentiles The Lord Jesus called him “Daniel the prophet” (Matthew 24:15 ) Daniel’s unique character

Daniel the prophet, born in Jerusalem and was captive to Babylon, a young boy, 606 years BC Of the tribe of Judah (1: 6), if not of the royal house of the descendants of David (1: 3) Learned the Chaldean with the three young Ananias, Michael, and Azariah; lived about 84 years (618-534 BC)..   10. the angel accompanied them to explain the visions (Da 7:16; 8:16; 9:22) • both used the title "Son of Man" (Da 7:13; 14 Rev 1:13; 2:14 p.m.) • Daniel was called by the angel, "a man beloved" three times (Da 9:23; 10:11, 19) also St. John the Beloved was called the"disciple whom Jesus loved" five times (John 19:26; 20: 2; 21: 7, 20) • Book of Daniel, a prisoner wrote his vision of St. John in exile (Rev. 1: 9) • Daniel shows the predominance of the Kingdom of Christ on the four empires.
