Cisco Commerce Workspace is a collaborative quoting platform that gives partners the autonomy to make deal and quote decisions from within a single workspace.

Promotions in Cisco Commerce Workspace Approve Qualify for some promotions* Pricing concessions on deals require approval by Cisco, and can also require qualification by Cisco The promotion selected determines if the deal requires a qualification step.   12. Homepage The Cisco Commerce Workspace homepage displays four main areas: Quick Start, Quick Links, Workspace Search and Deals and Quotes

  13. Homepage – Quick Start From the Quick Start menu, you can ~ Create: Deal or Quick Quote ~ View All: Deals & Quotes ~ Download: previously generated Deals & Quotes Reports ~ Share: Deals & Quotes

  14. Homepage – Quick Start As always, click Deal to create a new deal with promotional pricing As always, click Create Quote to create a new quote with contractual pricing When you click Deal or Quick Quote the follow-on process remains the same

  15. Homepage – Quick Start To go to the Deals and Quotes page, click Deals & Quotes

Deals and Quotes – Results Page From Deals & Quotes results page, you can: ~ Create Deal ~ Create Quick Quote ~ Conduct a Workspace Search ~ Manage your Deals and Quotes Notice: Export, Generate Report and Download Report have moved to the Deals and Quotes section. Edit Columns is a new enhancement

  17. Deals and Quotes – Edit Columns Edit Columns allows you to temporarily customize your view of Deals and Quotes. (See Edit View for info on customizing main view preferences – slide 25)

  18. Quick Start: Reports From the Quick Start menu, click Deal & Quote Reports Retrieve any saved Reports. Note: you must have previously generated report(s) to retrieve from this page

  19. Quick Start – Share Deals & Quotes Click Deals & Quotes to share multiple deals and quotes at the same time

  20. Homepage – Quick Links From the Quick Links: ~ View Eligible Promotions ~ My Program Enrollments ~ Workspace Profile and Preferences ~ Preferred Language

  21. Workspace Search From the Workspace Search menu, conduct a basic search by selecting from deal categories, fields and terms. Advanced searches can be executed by using the Advanced Search link

  22. Homepage: Deals and Quotes In the Deals and Quotes menu you may select a deal and click Deal ID # to edit your deals

  23. Homepage: Deals and Quotes Directly from the Deals and Quotes menu you may also view deal details by hovering your mouse over and certain fields.

  24. Manage Items, Generate and Download Reports From the Deals and Quotes homepagemenu, click Manage Items to manage your deals From Manage Items you can now Export, Share, Generate Reports and Download Reports

  25. Homepage: Deals and Quotes - Edit View From the Deals and Quotes on the CCW homepage, click Edit View (new enhancement) to set personal criteria for what you would like your standard view in Cisco Commerce Workspace to be

  26. Deal Summary – Export, Share, Print, Delete, Email Deal summary information displays in the header of all quoting pages for easy reference Select and click one of the following: Export, Share, Print, Delete Email to execute your choice with the deal you’ve selected

  27. New Enhancement: Show Me feature Clicking the Show Me feature on Cisco Commerce Workspace pages, provides partners access to pertinent information

  30. Create the Deal From the homepage, click Create Dealto identify the customer opportunity, select a promotion and to submit to Cisco for approval.

  31. Create Deal – Enter Deal Name Enter theDeal Nameand clickCreate Deal Customer ABC Remember, this Deal Name displays in your reports and lists in Cisco Commerce Workspace. Be sure the Deal Name reflects the customer and the proposed solution

  32. Create the Deal – Who’s Involved Partner Customer Cisco Contact InformationDeal Sharing Partner enters customer information and can share the deal with others at their company or at Cisco.

  33. Create Deal – Who’s Involved Partner Customer Cisco Who’s Involved is the first step, capturing Partner, End Customer and Cisco contact details

  34. Create Deal – Who’s Involved Partner Partner Name and Addressdisplays Click the checkbox to enter yourselfas the Contact; or enter your partner sales Contact for the deal

  35. Create Deal – Who’s Involved Customer Click Select an End Customer For Non-resale or Demo/Lab deals, designate your partner company as the End Customer

  37. Create Deal – Who’s Involved Customer Select yourEnd Customer ClickSelect. If yourEnd Customer is not listed, search again and widen the search criteria. If the End Customeris still not found, clickCreate Customerto add theCustomer’sdetailsto Cisco’s database. Use this option cautiously.

  42. Create Deal – About the Deal Choose the Intended Use for the deal. The promotion you choose in the Promotions tab must have the same Intended Use

  43. Create Deal – About the Deal Designate the Deal Source, Deal Type, and Easy Lease (If Easy Lease is available in your county) options for the deal

  44. Create Deal – About the Deal Click Save and Continue to move to Promotion information

Create Deal – Promotions Pricing concessions on deals are often based on promotions available to the partner • A list of promotions the partner is eligible for displays. • Each promotion will have a unique qualifying information form that must be completed • Some promotions require files to be uploaded (such as site surveys) * See the Cisco Commerce Workspace training website for a quick reference guide on how promotions work in specific countries.

  46. Create Deal – Promotions Click View Promotional Details; click Select to choose your promotion Next, Promotional Questions display

Create Deal – Promotions Click to answerpromotion questions(vary by promotion)and upload documents(if required) Deals with Qualification: ClickSaveand Continue to move on to the Review and Submit tab Deals without Qualification: ClickSaveand Continueto move to the Quote tab. Move to Build the Quote NOW

Create Deal – Review and Submit Remember, Cisco Commerce Workspace Review will display the Review and Submit page only for deals that require the Qualify step Click tabs orEditlink to reviewdeal information. Additional information or any messages are accessible by clicking any of the + buttons to the right When ready to submit the deal to Cisco, clickSubmit Deal for Qualification.

  49. Create Deal – Submission Acknowledgement Once submitted forQualification, This message is displayed The Partner’s Next Action is to Wait for Qualification decision from Cisco Email is sent to the partner and to the first approver of the deal

  50. Deal Status The homepage lists the Deal Status Deal Status Next Approver Next Partner Action is blank when approvals are in progress
