What? • Microsoft surface rttablet with cover • Attached touch keyboard • Office 365 • Google apps including student g-mail (name@asd5.org) • 24/7 accessibility with purchase of insurance ($25/yr) – this can be paid to the AHS main office or online through revtrak • All students will be required to learn about the responsibility of digital citizenship and participate in ongoing 21st century training
When? • Rollout to students on october 29th • Students with signed documents and insurance payment will check out the tablets in the library through advisory • Running start students without an advisory can check out devices after october 29th in the library • After checkout, students will be expected to bring their devices to school every day for use in the classroom, fully charged
