  2. Importance of questions: • I believe the deeper the question the deeper the answer • Questions promote reflection and dialogue • I would like to have a discussion • There are 40 of them • Lets rock!!!

  3. Question 1: • Am I a “Kids First” person?

  4. Question 2: • What do we know about technology and our kids? • What do we know about technology and our selves? • What do we know about technology and our society?

  5. Question 3: • Who am I ethically? • Who am I morally? • Who are my kids ethically? • Who are my kids morally? • How do my kids see me?

  6. Question 4: • Am I a picture of Balance, if so how, if not how?

  7. Question 5: • Do I preach and/or practice accountability?

  8. Question 6: • If I asked ten colleagues what they think of me as a listener, what would they say?

  9. Question 7: • What is my leadership style?

  10. Question 8: • What would people say about my empathy skills?

  11. Question 9: • How often do I remember that I am an educator?

  12. Question 10: • How often am I civil? • How often am I kind? • How often do I reflectively pause?

  13. Question 11: • How often do I create inclusive atmospheres?

  14. Question 12: • What role do I play in limiting my organizational excuses?

  15. Question 13: • How often do people see my smile? • How often do I see the kids smile?

  16. Question 14: • How culturally responsive am I, and how does that gauge against or with my organization and staff members?

  34. Question 31: • Are our drug awareness and treatment programs doing their job?

  35. Question 32: • Do I remember that the “times” have evolved?

  36. Question 33: • Do I manage my biases? • Do I manage my prejudices? • HOW??????
