Reflecting on the planning, meetings, and challenges faced, it highlights the struggles teachers encounter when trying to implement effective differentiated education plans (DEPs) for students. It emphasizes the chaotic nature of meetings, the inadequacies of the current forms, and the need for effective communication and collaboration among educators.
